Delivery Timeframes

U-Glow aims to deliver your order within 5-15 days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. If delivery remains unsuccessful after one attempt, the package will be returned to U-Glow, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status through our courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact U-Glow within 7 (seven) days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

The Customer must ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate, complete and up-to-date. All shipping confirmations and tracking information will be sent exclusively to that email address. U-Glow will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery, or any loss or inconvenience suffered by the Customer arising from incorrect, incomplete or outdated email contact details provided by the Customer. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Customer's rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

For all tracking and delivery enquiries, customers may contact the courier directly using the details provided with their tracking information.

For the avoidance of doubt, U-Glow remains responsible for dispatching the goods and ensuring they are handed over to the courier in accordance with this policy, but the courier is the authorised carrier for all delivery and tracking matters once the parcel is in transit.
